How long does it take to set up a new BDC department?
Depending on the size and needs of a dealership it will usually take about 6 weeks. We handle everything from the lead process inside the BDC department, hiring the right team and training management / sales floor. Once the department is up and running you will be assigned an account manager who will follow up monthly and recommend changes based on performance for 1 year.
How long does it take to restructure or improve an existing BDC department?
